We recommend approximately 12' × 15' of open space for the full Portrait Bar setup, with access to a nearby power outlet. We’ll coordinate with you or your venue ahead of time to make sure the setup fits comfortably within your space.

How much space do you need to set up?

After your event, the finished portraits are professionally edited and delivered through an online gallery. You and your guests can easily view, download, and share your favorites.

How do guests get their photos?

Portrait Bar coverage is continuous and begins at the start of cocktail hour. Since we arrive and set up beforehand, we’re ready to photograph guests as soon as cocktail hour begins. Coverage cannot be paused or split throughout the event.

Can we split our coverage time?

Not at all. While we love weddings, the Portrait Bar can be brought to corporate events, birthdays, showers, holiday parties, brand events, galas, and other celebrations. If you have people worth photographing, we’re there

Is portrait bar only for weddings?

Yes! We love making the Portrait Bar feel like part of your event. Florals, signage, and other décor can be incorporated into the setup. We’re happy to coordinate with you, your planner, or florist to create a cohesive look. Additional fees may apply depending on the customization.

Can we add florals or decor to the backdrop?

Nope! Your coverage begins when the Portrait Bar opens for guests, not while we’re setting up. We’ll arrive early enough to get everything ready before your scheduled start time.

Does set up time count towards our coverage?
